Yes, of course. Fabric hanger sample/sample swatches are free, but courier cost will be under your bill. Or you may arrange your courier come to our office and pickup.
Yes,of course we can. We are glad to receive your print sample swatch or your print artwork.
Then our design team will work on it and send you strike-off for your approval. After your approval, we will produce based on it.
Mostly we are doing make-to-order based on buyer’s color and print design.
But for some regular fabric, we have stock. You are welcome to check with us.
Many regular shell fabrics and lining fabric are available in stock in plenty of colors, such as: polyester crepe, poly satin, poly chiffon, ploy pongee, poly taffeta, 100%cotton voile, Poly/cotton,poly cotton-like airflow fabric, poly viscose (TR balzer fabric)…etc.
Regularly, For solid color: MCQ: 1200YDS~2000YDS/Color
For Print MCQ: 2500YDS/Combo
MOQ: 2500-~3000YDS/ORDER
But because different material& dyeing procedure, MCQ & MOQ will be different for different fabric quality. You are welcome to check with us.
Normally, 30%TT deposit in advance, balance 70%TT before shipping for first order.
For repeat order we can negotiate together.
L/D usually take 4-6days, while strike-off will take 6-10day (If artwork has full info, it takes 6-7days. But if buyer doesn’t have artwork just a piece of fabric swatch, then we need sketching firstly, in this case, strike-off will take 8-10days)
Yes, sure. After years of accumulation, we have plenty of print designs which copyright belongs to us. If buyer doesn’t have designer, then we can offer ours for buyer’s options. Many buyers really like our print designs.
Sorry, if new buyer there is no running bulk orders, so no profit space to waive the s/y cost. We can support if just 1-2 yards, but more s/y is unaffordable because s/y is really costly and there are many our regular buyer who will get our s/y for free.
But after placing an bulk order, we will consider support you with FOC s/y to developing and growing together as our partner.
So lid fabric bulk make-to-order: 20days
Printed fabric bulk make-to-order: 25ays
In peak season it will take 3-5days longer.
Above leadtime is for greige available fabric, without availablegreige, it will take extra 25-30 days weaving procedure.
